drug addictions problems.
Our residential program is a highly structured community-based healing program. The biopsychosocial model is a modern humanistic and holistic view of the human being in health sciences where simultaneous attention is given to the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of illness, in order to better understand and respond to the clients’ suffering.
It is both a philosophy of clinical care and a practical clinical guide. Philosophically, it is a way of understanding how suffering, disease, and illness are affected by multiple levels of organization, from the societal to the molecular. From a practical view, it is a pragmatic way to understand the subjective experience of the individual as an essential contributor to successful diagnosis, health outcomes and human care.
Each client will be assigned to a case manager to discuss and create personalized treatment goals and plan which includes individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions as well as group therapies, family counselling and recovery coaching.
The duration of our treatment program varies on a case-to-case basis depending on the severity of the client’s condition upon admission, with the minimum length is 28-days and the recommended optimum length is 6-months.
